How It Works: -Your schedule will be totally up to you! -Work between 15-50 hours per week, choose your own days, and adjust your availability as it changes. -You will have the unique opportunity to work with several new families each week and families you connect with the most will have the opportunity to personally request you as their go-to caregiver! COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: · Up to $18/hour + Healthcare Support Benefits · Weekly direct deposit pay · Paid time off for vacation, sick days, and holidays · May be eligible for a retirement plan REQUIREMENTS: · Have 1 year of childcare experience (not with family or friends) after High School graduation, with verifiable references · Be willing to commute up to 45 minutes on some days · Be available for at least 2 days out of the week (Mon-Fri) · Some days may start as early as 7 am or end as late as 7 pm (you’ll know ahead of time) · Have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to drive to the job · Have experience with infants to school-aged kids · Comfortable using a smartphone app and texting IF HIRED: · Must be able to provide legal work status in the US · Have Infant & Child CPR/First Aid – PNN will pay for your certification or recertification · Complete an online Orientation As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage individuals with varied experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds to apply.
